Europe, the Middle East, and Northern Africa are facing a refugee and migrant crisis - the world's biggest since the Second World War.
We has donated €1 million (over $1 million) to organizations who are providing front-line humanitarian relief, and we invite you to join us by making a donation today.
To double the impact of your contribution, we will match the first €5 million (about $5.5 million) in donations globally, until together we raise €10 million (about $11 million) for relief efforts.
Your donation will go to Network for Good, a donor advised fund, and will then be distributed to four nonprofits providing aid to refugees and migrants.
These nonprofits are helping deliver essential assistance - including shelter, food and water, and medical care - and looking after the security and rights of people in need.
We will cover all processing fees so that 100% of your donation goes to where it is needed most.

Doctors without borders
Providing refugees with everything from psychological care to lifesaving nutrition, including setting up hospitals in refugee camps, helping women give birth safely, and providing access to safe drinking water.
International Rescue Committee
Providing humanitarian relief for refugees as they reach the shores of Greece and in Afghanistan, Syria, and surrounding countries, as well as resettling thousands of refugees every year to the United States.
Save The Children
Working to keep refugee children safe and providing life-sustaining food, shelter kits, and supplies to keep families healthy.
UN High Commissioner for Refugees
Providing Syrian refugees with lifesaving assistance such as protection, shelter, food, water, and medical care and setting up reception centers where refugees can be registered.
Why is We doing this?
When
faced with the kind of crisis currently unfolding in Europe, the Middle
East, and Africa, we all want to do something to help. We've identified
organizations doing outstanding work on the frontlines and want to make
it easy for our users to donate and support their efforts. We're
matching donations (up to $5 million in user donations) to inspire
greater giving.
How will the money be used?
All
user donations will be split evenly between Doctors Without Borders,
International Rescue Committee, Save the Children, and United Nations
High Commissioner for Refugees. The funding will be used to deliver
emergency relief to refugees and migrants.
What is Network for Good? Why is my donation directed there?
We're partners with Network for Good, an industry leader in donor advised
funds, to collect and distribute the donations at we request. 100%
of your contribution will go to four nonprofits (We will take care
of processing fees). As required by the IRS, Network for Good, as a
donor advised fund, has exclusive legal control over the donations once
received.
What information do you share with the nonprofits when I make a donation?
We
do not share any of your personal information, including identity or
contact information, with the nonprofits when you make a donation.
Is there a limit to the number of times I can donate?
No,
please feel free to come back and donate as many times as you like.
We’ll continue to match your donation until we hit our target.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes,
if you are in the U.S., your donation is tax deductible. You will
receive a confirmation email from us, which serves as your donation
receipt.
How can I be sure my donation counts toward the total for matching?
If
you make your donation through this site, it will count toward the
total matched by us, up to $5 million in donations worldwide. We
cannot match donations made through other sites.
If I don’t have a Our Account, can I still donate?
Yes, you can still donate directly through the nonprofits’ sites: Doctors Without Borders, International Rescue Committee, Save the Children and UNHCR, however we will not be able to match your donation.
Can I still get a match if I donate to other organizations?
We
have chosen to direct our support to these four nonprofits because of
their strong track record and existing response. We will not match
donations to other organizations.
How long will matching be available?
We will match up to $5 million in user donations made through this site.
